Lyn Williams is the visionary founder and Executive Director of Mahoe Mental Health Services Ltd., an Ontario-based organization dedicated to delivering inclusive, accessible mental health care across Canada. With a deep passion for youth advocacy and mental health equity, Lyn launched Mahoe in 2021 to bridge the gap in care for children, youth, and families—especially those in underserved communities.
A dynamic leader and innovator in the mental health field, Lyn brings a wealth of experience in program development, community outreach, and culturally responsive care. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a strong belief in the power of human connection to foster healing and growth.


Joel Francis
Operations and HR Manager
Joel Francis is the Operations and HR Manager at Mahoe Mental Health Services Ltd., where he plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, ethical, and people-centered functioning of the organization. With a strong background in human resources, organizational development, and team support, Joel brings structure and care to every aspect of Mahoe’s daily operations.
He is deeply committed to fostering a supportive workplace culture that empowers staff and enhances the client experience. Whether overseeing internal systems, recruitment, or team well-being initiatives, Joel approaches his role with integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the human side of mental health services.
Venice Alino
AP/AR Specialist
Venice Alino serves as the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist at Mahoe Mental Health Services Ltd., where she ensures the financial processes run smoothly and with accuracy. With a strong background in finance and administrative support, Venice brings precision, reliability, and a detail-oriented mindset to her role.
She manages billing, invoicing, and payment coordination with care, supporting both clients and internal teams with efficiency and professionalism. Her commitment to transparent and timely financial operations contributes to the trust and integrity Mahoe is known for.

The Clinical Lead at Mahoe Mental Health Services Ltd. plays a central role in guiding the quality and consistency of our mental health services.
